My own name is Marco. I began going to the gym 3 years ago when I was 18. What made me love it the most was seeing progress in your training such as increasing my weights, noticing visible changes on how I looked and reaching goals you set for yourself.
I entered the fitness industry 1 year ago so I could help people reach their specific goals. I am a qualified fitness instructor and I will have my personal training and nutrition qualifications in the next couple of years as I am still in college. I intend to push people past their limits in my classes to get the best results possible.

My name is Rieleen and I am a 200hr qualified yoga instructor and I specialise in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I have been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for almost 5 years.
My aim as a yoga teacher is to help my students to connect with themselves - mentally and physically, to help them find confidence in their own abilities. Every class I teach consists of breathing techniques (pranayama), poses (Asana) and relaxation. The postures and sequences throughout each class are suitable for people of all abilities, with beginner and advanced options given for postures.
I am passionate about teaching yoga and enjoy experiencing its benefits alongside my students.

My name is Conor and I am a qualified fitness instructor with a QQI Level 5 in Sport, Recreation and Exercise. I also have the level 6 Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness (NCEF).
I have always been involved in sports and still an active member of my local GAA club. I started going to the gym when I was 17 and wanted to improve my own fitness levels. The more I trained, the more I grew to love the industry and decided to make a career out of it.
I have only recently entered the working part of this industry and my goal is to help you reach and maintain your goals. I aim to push people in my classes to get the desired results but also to have fun, because as the old saying goes “healthy body, healthy mind”.
